RETURN POLICY


We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your broke&living purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return any unused products within ten (10) days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Before returning an item, please ensure the item is:

  •  unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
  •  sent in its original packaging;
  •  returned with all tags still on the garment;
  •  sent back within ten (10) days from the date of delivery
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will accept the item and provide you with a full refund.

FORCE MAJEURE
broke&living shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing prior to shipping noting that we do not ship on weekends. The shipping timelines are estimated times only and we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery. For any questions or concerns surrounding your order, please email sales@brokeandliving.com and one of our representatives will be in touch within 24 hours. 

For international orders, your package is subject to assessment of duties and taxes imposed by your country's government and will be billed to you by our international courier. broke&living will not be responsible for payment of aforementioned duties and taxes.

If you wish not to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from our list by sending an e-mail to info@brokeandliving.com. You may also remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is present in all promotional emails that we send to our customers. At brokeandliving.com, personal and sensitive information, such as the credit card number and expiration date, is protected using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) encryption technology. You can make sure that you are accessing a safe, SSL encrypted web page when the URL begins with the "https" letters. We do not store your credit card information at any time.

We continuously make efforts to improve our Customer Care and service efficiency. Any suggestions, feedback, ideas or communication you provide us with will help us achieve this goal. Consequently, if you are on our mailing list, we may send you optional surveys, contests or promotions.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items purchased by pre-order will be FINAL SALE.

broke&living requires that you provide all necessary credit card information and authorization at the time merchandise is pre-ordered. You will be charged in full including shipping fees and any applicable taxes upon check out after your order is processed within our system (2-3 business days). A pending amount may appear on your statement immediately after pre-order, which will later be followed by the settlement charge. For international orders, your package is subject to assessment of duties and taxes imposed by your country's government and will be billed to you by our international courier. broke&living will not be responsible for payment of aforementioned duties and taxes. 

All efforts to fill each and every pre-order will be exhausted, but delays, and cancellations may be necessary for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. We will immediately notify customer (using contact information provided by customer) but are not obligated to obtain permission or acknowledgement prior to cancellation.

CANCELLATION OF PRE-ORDERS 

While we encourage you to secure our limited products, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre-order. There is a 30% re-stocking fee on all cancelled pre-orders that are placed. Please consider all contributing factors when finalizing a pre-order, including sizing, fit, color, fabrication, etc. when placing a pre-order. With all our pre-orders, we committ to providing you the best quality garments, custom fit to your specifications.
