Return Policy


RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your broke&living purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return any unused products within ten (10) days from the date of delivery for a store credit (unless it is a pre-order item, in which case please refer to the PRE-ORDER POLICY). Store credits will be issued in the form of discount codes that will denote the amount of the returned item. To receive full store credit items must be:
  •  unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
  •  sent in its original packaging;
  •  returned with all tags still on the garment;
  •  sent back within ten (10) days from the date of delivery
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will accept the item in exchange for a broke&living store credit code. 

STORE CREDIT

Store credits will be processed within approximately three (3) to five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. The store credit will be emailed to the same email address provided during the time of the order. 
We offer no store credit on any products designated on this site as non-returnable. 

FORCE MAJEURE
broke&living shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
